The Deutsche Internationale Schule Kapstadt is located in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town on the slopes of Lions Head. The school, originally called St Martini School, has a rich history spanning over 125 years, making it one of the oldest schools in the Western Cape.
Through the Bridging the Digital Divide_ Memory heritage/site and memory extended program, the Centre for Popular Memory worked with grade 10 and 11 history learners who collectively researched the schools 125 year history.
